RSR Police are currently recruiting for a Projects Officer to join one of their clients to provide essential support to a cyber-related project, working with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project success. This is a contract role for an 3 months, based in the south of Nottinghamshire in an office environment working Monday to Friday. This role pays £12.86 per hour PAYE. Main Duties: Organise and arrange project meetings Maintain project documents which are crucial to the tracking of the project progress Identify problems or risks that may affect the project such as supplier lead time and staffing resource etc, communicating these to the project manager and working with them to identify potential solutions Manage the project schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project task and reporting any potential delays to the Project Manager Liaison with EMCRC partners such as Universities and member organisation Administration of the recruitment of the student workforce for the EMCRC Administration of project communications on a variety of channels Managing appointments and calendars Essential Requirements: Experience in previous role in a Project Management Office environment Ability to communicate confidently at all levels both verbally and in writing Good organisational & time management skills Ability to work well on your own as well as an effective member of a team An analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-pace work environment High level of self-motivation and ability to set and meet goals. Strong IT skills including word processing, spreadsheet usage, and project scheduling methods Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short and long-term deadlines Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills A full UK driving licence is required for this post. This role will be subject to vetting and the successful individual will be required to obtain and maintain these clearances.
