Currently expanding globally , our client is a Luxury Brand mastered in Italy and made for a vibrant metropolitan woman, with multi-faceted life styles Role Develop a full brand strategy and calendar that will drive the expansion of the brand in coordination with the brand aesthetic and direction. Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improved market share. Supervise advertising, product design and other form of marketing to maintain consistency in the branding. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: • Continued analysis of the brand and current strategy highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages. • Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals. • Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met. • Develop a marketing plan and distribution strategy to support the growth of the business in sales. • Introduce new relationships with wholesale clients introducing key accounts in line with the brand direction. • Establish stand-alone stores in key areas in accordance with the brand strategy. • Identify distribution partners and manage relationships. • Improve the brand awareness / exposure through PR and client facing events: • Manage and improve relationships with PR teams locally and international, implementing strategic media plans, monitoring content to establish clear brand direction. • Organizing events such as product launches, trunk shows, brand activation and pop ups that showcase the brand in the correct light and improve client base. • Manage and develop strategy of all online platforms including e commerce and social media. Ensuring products and services meet customer expectations and build the credibility of the brand. • Oversee / direct digital agency to ensure smooth running of the website / ecommerce • Provide content to specialist social media agency ensuring online presence in line with the brands aesthetic. • Realistic forecasting of budget, sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly. • Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a result-driven Brand Manager, who has necessary experience with the emerging brands, deep knowledge of the luxury fashion industry (experience women rtw preferred), desire to excel, uplift and develop the company in synergy with brand's aesthetics. The ideal candidate will comply with the following: Ready to be relocated to Dubai and be able to travel as per the business requirements. Have a fluent English language knowledge. Have a working experience with luxury fashion rtw, preferably with both (well-known and emerging brands). To be a team player and have strong leadership skills. To be able to adopt to current brand's goals, its vision and mission and to be able to develop strategy based on the current positioning and aesthetics. Have very strong business communication and negotiation skills. Have a very flexible hands on work approach and must be able to adjust based on the circumstances.
