RSR Police are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Marketing Lead to work with our client on a permanent basis, based in Central Birmingham. You will support strategic recruitment through digital marketing to successfully run campaigns, create brand awareness, promote events etc.
The salary offered is £30,478.84 per annum.
Main duties and responsibilities
Be responsible for raising the profile of the organisation and for maintaining the careers website and updating social media on a regular basis
Provide and recommend expert, strategic advice on recruitment marketing initiatives and be responsible for the delivery of the strategy
Implement and maintain a proactive and innovative digital recruitment marketing strategy and responsible for all recruitment marketing
